James Nolan Martin, a Critical Care Paramedic with Pafford Medical Services in Rogers and Tulsa County, Oklahoma, brings an impressive 44 years of experience to his role. With 13 of those years dedicated to Pafford, James’s career is marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence in emergency medical services. His entry into EMS was driven by a deep-seated desire to help others, leveraging his skills to make a significant impact in critical situations.

James’s work ethic is exemplified by his dual roles as an On-Duty Supervisor (ODS) and Field Training Officer (FTO), where he mentors incoming paramedics and ensures operational readiness at all times.
