Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and IT, which he seamlessly incorporates into his role. His ability to manage field operations, communications, and materials departments has been instrumental in ensuring smooth operations at Sunstar. One of his most notable accomplishments is leading the transition from paper-based processes to an electronic system with a streamlined reporting structure.
