Katelyn Roberts, Paramedic, serves as Manager of EMS Operations at REMSA Health, where she oversees 9-1-1 operations in a high-performance system that includes 24 EMS supervisors and nearly 200 field providers. With more than 13 years of EMS experience, she is recognized as a collaborative and solutions-focused leader who ensures the delivery of clinically excellent, compassionate care across her community.

Katelyn began her career in California, where she served in both rural and urban systems as a Paramedic Battalion Chief, Paramedic Captain, and intern preceptor. In 2018, she received an Outstanding Service Award for her work responding to the Carr and Camp Fires, and in 2020 she was honored with a Lifesaver Award for resuscitation efforts following a horseback riding accident.

Since joining REMSA Health in 2022 as a Paramedic, Katelyn has quickly advanced through leadership roles. She was promoted to EMS Supervisor the following year, then transitioned to Clinical Development Coordinator in 2024, where she designed training programs and policies that drove quality improvement and best practices. In 2025, she accepted her current position as Manager of EMS Operations.

Katelyn holds an associate degree in paramedicine from the College of the Siskiyous and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business communications with a minor in organizational leadership at Southern New Hampshire University. She also serves on the Peer Support team and contributes to the Fit for Life/Fit for Duty and EMS Week Planning committees.

A champion of mentorship and representation, Katelyn leads with transparency, empathy, and strength. She is passionate about simplifying processes to support frontline providers, ensuring they have the time, tools, and encouragement they need to focus on what matters most—caring for patients.
