Beyond her exceptional patient care, Courtney has contributed to training, policy development, and the successful implementation of the Behavioral Health Transport (BHT) program, which has enhanced both patient outcomes and provider safety.

She is widely regarded as the first to step up when help is needed—whether mentoring new hires, covering extra shifts, supporting colleagues after challenging calls, or stepping in during times of leadership transition. Her willingness to serve others and her steady presence have made her a cornerstone of the Life EMS team.
