Clinical & Safety Lead

Superior Mobile Health
San Antonio, Tx
Cheyenne Seigman began her EMS career in January 2022 with a small local service in New Braunfels, Texas, where she quickly distinguished herself through dedication, initiative, and a natural ability to lead. In a short time, she advanced to Field Training Officer and later earned the rank of Captain, taking on greater responsibility while continuing to serve her community with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.
In 2024, Cheyenne joined Superior Mobile Health as an EMT-B and once again quickly advanced into a Field Training Officer role. While mentoring employees in the field, she earned her CEVO Instructor certification and began teaching personnel the importance of safe ambulance operations. Through this work, Cheyenne emphasizes that excellent patient care includes not only clinical skill, but also safe transport, sound judgment, and responsibility behind the wheel.
Cheyenne’s dedication and consistent efforts soon led to her selection for a newly created role as Clinical & Safety Lead. She works to ensure that new employees, current staff, and seasoned providers remain current in their clinical skills while keeping safety at the forefront of daily operations. She continuously promotes safe practices, high-quality education, and strong clinical standards throughout the organization. While taking on these responsibilities, Cheyenne also earned her Advanced EMT certification, further expanding her ability to care for patients and support the growth of others.
Cheyenne’s commitment to healthcare began long before her EMS career. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2012, an experience that helped develop her passion for caring for others. In 2021, she received a scholarship to attend EMT-B school at Texas Fire Academy. Cheyenne excelled in the rigorous program, receiving two awards and becoming one of the first women in the school’s history to earn valedictorian honors. Cheyenne later continued her education through the Advanced EMT course at Wilson County ESD #3 Training Academy, where she her developed the knowledge and confidence to perform at the advanced level.
Above all, Cheyenne values her family and credits them, especially her mother, with helping shape her into the strong, determined person she is today. From C.N.A. to EMT-B, Field Training Officer, Captain, Clinical & Safety Lead, and AEMT, Cheyenne’s journey reflects a consistent commitment to learning, leadership, perseverance, and service.
Through her dedication to patients, investment in fellow EMS professionals, and commitment to clinical excellence and safety, Cheyenne exemplifies the very best of emergency medical services. Superior Mobile Health is proud to recognize Cheyenne Seigman as a 2026 Star of Life.
