Seth Fieth

Seth Fieth is a Paramedic with Pafford Medical Services in Oklahoma who has distinguished himself through dependability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Since joining Pafford three years ago as an EMT, Seth has earned his Paramedic certification and continued to grow as both a clinician and teammate.

Seth leads through action. He approaches every assignment with care, accuracy, and a positive attitude, consistently setting a strong example for those around him. Whether assisting colleagues, accepting additional responsibilities, mentoring fellow providers, or supporting daily operations, Seth is often among the first to step forward when help is needed.

His servant leadership was especially evident when he volunteered to assist with Pafford’s newly acquired operation in West Memphis, Arkansas. Serving as an auxiliary travel Paramedic, Seth helped welcome employees into the Pafford team and quickly became a trusted resource during the transition. He took the initiative to help employees navigate company programs and applications, answer questions, share his knowledge, and find practical solutions. His calm presence and willingness to help contributed to a smoother integration and demonstrated his ability to support colleagues well beyond his regular responsibilities.

In the field, Seth is recognized for his composure, sound clinical judgment, and professionalism under pressure. He earns the trust of patients, colleagues, and leadership by remaining steady in challenging situations and consistently putting the needs of others first. Seth does not seek recognition for his contributions; instead, he looks for opportunities to help his patients, teammates, and organization succeed.

Seth’s commitment to service extends beyond EMS. Outside of work, he volunteers as a Little League coach, investing his time in young athletes and giving back to his community.

Through his clinical excellence, adaptability, servant leadership, and willingness to step forward wherever he is needed, Seth demonstrates the qualities at the heart of emergency medical services.
